Show Me the Funny

I hate to say it, but it’s about time. There just isn’t enough funny to make The Simpsons season as long as it is.

But why not just up the quality control and make the series shorter? And how about a movie?

Somewhat related to this, I started watching South Park again recently after a long time giving it a miss (while it was popular). I have to say that - while it is gratuitously crude and not for the easily offended - it is pretty damn brilliant. Maybe because they can get away with more, it’s fresher. It certainly shows.
